  • Hello, I found your YouTube video when looking for a heat press, something I know nothing about. I have been retired for ten years and have been making doll clothes for five years. I am probably a little too old to start with heart press merchandise. I have been thinking of opening a consignment booth to sale some of my quilting books, fat quarters and possibly my doll clothes. I have a friend that is somewhat interested also. She has run a dress business while working in education. Are the books you listed worth reading? I am having trouble with the price of the booths. I live in a coastal tourist town. I admire you for stepping out and doing something you appear to love. Love all the ideas you are posting. If there is anything You think that someone riding the fence might need to know to fall over, pick themselves up and step out in faith. I would appreciate.
    • Hello and Good Morning, Please don't hate me for taking forever to get back to you :). The books I posted are o.k. But nothing compares with talking to folks who are already doing what you are doing. I have found that folks at craft shows that I attend are pretty friendly! If you get a booth , take someone with you to watch your booth - then you can roam around with a cold soft drink or coffee and talk up the other vendors. Please keep doing what you love and I promise to keep in touch with you and all my site visitors! Thank you and have a blessed day!
